* A Class For All Levels *

Sunday April 25th - 11:00 a.m. -  Trimble Crossing

Robert "Tino" Sonora, PhD (Economics)

The Church of the High Pines is proud to offer this not-to-be-missed instructional class.  Safety and Fun are the result of the Pro Paceline Technique. How long should your pull be?  Which row goes up and which row goes back, and why?  How to best communicate in the Paceline?  When is it "O.K." to punch, kick, or bite in a Paceline?  These, and many more questions will be addressed.

Dr. Sonora has been, and is currently, a successful Road Racing Mennonite. He has many top 10 finishes in pro, semi-pro, and masters races nationwide, and around the world.  His latest accomplishments off of the bike were documented last week when he repaired a badly broken chain at the Top O' the Needles climb, then he repaired the Economy, all on the same day. This coming just a few years after inventing the Internet.
